Our R&D Department is the place where technology and ideas work together in order to create exclusive high performance products. All the R&D activities are driven by the need of developing new products and formulations with the best performing characteristics for the more demanding applications and environments requested by the market.

The R&D Team is horizontally and vertically integrated in the company structure and share experiences and expertise with all Flontech departments in close cooperation with some relevant Italian University Institute and some external laboratories.
